Enter your pick-up place and rental dates in the car search on a rental page. The cars and prices shown are for that search and come from our booking partner's live data.
Open an offer to compare the car alongside its rental conditions. Autalo shows the offers; the search and booking system is run by Localrent, and an independent local rental company provides the car.
Before confirming, check the booking form's full price, what is included and what is paid when. Look at insurance and excess, mileage, the deposit, accepted payment methods and any extras you choose. Prices can change until you confirm; the final summary in the booking form is what counts.
Check the driver's age, driving experience and document requirements for this car, too. Cancellation and change rules depend on the country and offer. Our booking, payment and cancellation page explains the process; the exact conditions are in your offer.
Complete the booking form with the requested details and follow its payment instructions. The form shows any online prepayment and the balance payable at pick-up, together with the payment conditions for the car you selected.
The booking partner processes your booking and online prepayment. Autalo does not take payments or manage bookings. Your rental contract is with the rental company named in the offer.
The booking partner sends your confirmation and voucher. Check the rental company's name and your car's conditions in the confirmation. Your voucher contains the pick-up address or meeting point, the time and the rental company's phone number.
For a change, cancellation or a question about the booking payment, use the link or booking support contact in your confirmation email. Autalo cannot change or cancel the booking.
Follow the meeting instructions in your voucher and bring the documents and any payment card required by the offer. At pick-up, you sign the rental contract with the rental company and pay the balance and any deposit according to your booking's conditions.
Check the car with the company's staff, make sure existing damage is recorded in the contract and take photos. The agreed return time, place and fuel conditions also matter: check them before driving away.
For pick-up, return or a problem with the car, contact the rental company using the details in your voucher. For booking changes, cancellation or refunds, contact our booking partner's support listed in your confirmation.
